Splitting a part across three subcontractors is where cost, delay and blame usually come from. We keep the whole route inside one site in Luzhu, Taoyuan, so there is one schedule, one quality system and one point of contact.

Why it shortens lead time

Parts are not shipped between plants between operations, and nobody waits for another factory's schedule. When a coating result needs a forming change, the press shop is in the same building — the loop is hours, not weeks.

Engineering involvement before release

We would rather find a problem on the drawing than on the line. Before tooling is cut we review formability and coatability together — radii, hanging points, jig clearance — so the part is designed for the process it will actually run through.
