Interior parts are judged by eye at arm's length, in daylight, by the end customer. That makes surface consistency and colour control as critical as dimensional tolerance — and both are controlled here, on the same site, under IATF 16949.

Surface and colour
Colour is specified from the RAL range and verified batch by batch with a spectrophotometer and gloss meter. Film thickness is monitored across the part, and the curing oven measures actual part temperature rather than air temperature — which is what prevents orange peel and colour drift between batches.
